В 1950-х годах жители небольшого городка Виллахега, aware of its dark past as a place of witchcraft and ancient evil, make a collective decision to erase its existence. They deliberately flood the valley, creating an artificial lake to submerge the town and its secrets forever under a thick blanket of water. For fifty years, the submerged ruins lie silent, a forgotten legend.
